1000- 1025 Royal Navy Focussing on engineering roles and specialisations to highlight to young people what roles are available, what they can expect from apprenticeships and what career progression is on offer.
1030-1055 RAF An apprenticeship in the Royal Air Force is like no other and there are more roles behind-the-pilots than you may think…From the speedy role progression to the unrivalled skills and training you receive; all whilst travelling around the world and making friends for life, the Royal Air Force really is No Ordinary Job.
1100- 1125 BAE Systems Could an advanced apprenticeship with BAE Systems be right for you? Hear from those taking part and find out about the range of excellent opportunities available.
1130-1155 Foxdog Studios:

Making a massively-multiplayer game in one day
Join Foxdog Studios as they create a massively-multi online game in one day. Covering multiple skills including programming, robotics, audio, graphics, and performance. You’ll see everything they’ve learnt put to the test as they go from initial game design to publishing in 24 hours.
1200-1225 Army Our talk is absolutely unique – there is no other engineering roles on the market that give people the opportunities to travel, play sport and develop themselves whilst creating bonds that last a lifetime. We will be showing a short video presentation about Engineering opportunities in the Army – this will be followed by a live Q&A with Sgt Rogers, who is a current serving soldier within the Royal Engineers.
1230-1255 Roma Agrawal Join engineer Roma Agrawal MBE to hear about her career, her work on The Shard and how she became an author. Thought about a career in engineering? then this is the talk for you!
1300-1325 Leonardo The session will explore the many and varied types of people who work within STEM organisations – using the “My Skills My Life” (formerly “People Like Me”) approach to considering careers – showing that there are a wide range of excellent roles to be had in STEM for all sorts of people, not just stereotypical engineer types!
1330-1355 North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College We will focus our talk on our Engineering provision at NWSLC. This will incorporate a “day in the life” of an apprentice. This will follow the apprentice in their workplace and includes discussion with the employer. We will also include talks from Alumni students, giving an overview of how they got to where they are, where they are going and what they enjoy doing. Also included in our spotlight talk will be an introduction to our MTI campus, which is home to our specialist automotive courses. Finally, we will conclude our session with a panel Q&A with our Business Engagement team, an employer and an apprentice.
